In accordance with Articles 40–43 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the State Border," stay, temporary residence, and movement within the border zone are permitted only on the basis of special authorization documents.

In this regard, foreign citizens must obtain a permit in the prescribed manner prior to visiting the park territory. To obtain these documents, you must submit an application to the migration service at your place of residence, the nearest migration service units, or the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan (border units).

Entry into the park territory and presence in the border zone without authorization documents is strictly prohibited.
